Foreskin is coooool.

I do not support genital mutilation for males or females. All it does it lower or remove an individual’s pleasure. 

The whole “it’s cleaner” thing is a lie. If a guy isn’t going to properly wash his junk no amount (or lack there of) of foreskin will help it stay clean. And, the only thing an uncircumcised penis is at higher risk for is yeast infection. Again, if a guy isn’t going to wash it properly you have bigger problems than foreskin.
